“Excellent payment integration”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help the support team has been outstanding and really knows the product well. Most of the time the issue turned out to be something I had done wrong and they quickly helped me sort it out. It also connected without any trouble to remote payment systems which made things even better.
Cons
I've been completely satisfied with the product and honestly don't have any complaints.

“online rent payments are great!”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the online rent payment feature. It gets rid of paper checks completely and saves a lot of time for both landlords and tenants.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues or drawbacks while using this software.

Pros
The customer service has been really helpful and the software does a good job of keeping all tenant information organized while also letting me stay on top of the money coming in and going out.
Cons
Something that could be better is adding a property to a payee. The selection box feels too small which makes choosing the right property harder than it should be.

Pros
It has been a very good property management software overall. They're currently updating the interface so it looks better and is easier to work with which is a welcome improvement. Other than that the customer service has been outstanding.
Cons
The system could definitely use a visual refresh but they are already in the process of working on that.

“consistent updates and simple workflow”
Pros
Using this has been one of the best parts of my workflow because it's very simple to use. On top of that they roll out new features on a regular basis and those additions genuinely help make daily tasks a lot more manageable.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is tracking violations from NYC issuing agencies. At the moment we still have to manage that manually alongside the tickets :(

Pros
Getting comfortable with the system didn't take long at all. I really love the layout, the formulas work really well and everything is laid out with a lot of detail. The best part though is the customer service, they're always ready to help anytime :)

“Flexible ledgers”
Pros
Running the software has been really easy for us. The ledgers and reports are clear, simple and customizable which works well for both our college student properties with roommates and our Section 8 complex in the city. We also appreciate being able to give users limited access while the system logs every action taken. The Section 8 features are especially impressive and customer service has been knowledgeable and very quick to respond!
Cons
There honestly is not much for us to complain about because we really love this software. If I had to mention one thing it would be helpful to add a memo field when entering a cash payment that appears directly on the account ledger line. Since we manage apartments with roommates who each pay a portion of the rent and several of them may pay in cash we need the ledger itself to show the last name tied to each cash payment. That way when we print it for the tenants everyone can clearly see who has paid and who still owes.

“clean layout and flexible reporting”
Pros
The interface is clean and easy to figure out. Being able to customize reports and invoices gives plenty of flexibility in how information is gathered and shared. On top of that the customer support team is very helpful whenever questions come up.
Cons
One thing that would improve it is having a way to track subsidy contracts that are out of sync or haven't been updated to match a tenant's current lease.

Pros
Keeping up with tenant payments is very simple and I really appreciate how the accounting side connects directly with the tenant side.
Cons
A downside is the cost of setting tenants up for credit card payments. You have to pay a fee for every tenant in the system if you want to enable credit card payments.
