Pros
I like that it gives us nearby property comparisons built in which is a big plus. It gives a really helpful view of neighborhood trends which makes it easier to adjust pricing decisions or get a clearer sense of where the local market is moving.
Cons
Working with multi family properties has been a bit challenging especially when trying to track rent totals and generate reports for each location. The reports I pull sometimes contain errors and inconsistent data which makes them less reliable.
