Pros
Using this software has been really convenient especially for resident applications, payments and screening. The platform is simple to work with and their support team has been very helpful whenever I've had resident related issues over the past few years. I also appreciate the payment history feature since it makes it much easier to track each tenant's payment record.
Cons
Only thing I'd really want added is a resident ledger. What they already offer works very well so this would just be a useful extra tool to round out the platform.

“perfect software for small landlords !
Pros
Managing just two rental properties didn't make it worth paying expensive property management fees so I needed a simpler way to handle things myself. This software has been very accessible and easy to use especially for someone who isn't a full time landlord. I had both properties set up within minutes and now I use the platform for everything from creating listings to collecting rent.
Cons
The one thing I'd still love to have is a mobile app for my phone.

Pros
Running this for small landlords has been a really positive experience. It works very well and it's fairly simple to use even with the steady stream of updates that keep making it better.
Cons
Overall the value has been excellent and honestly I haven't come across anything to dislike about it.

Pros
Honestly it checks every box for me. The tool is simple to use and the detailed data it provides has genuinely helped me be more effective in my job. On top of that the customer service team is amazing! They really pay attention to feedback from subscribers and keep giving us the things we actually need :)
