Pros
Its been the best option I've used! It handles vacation rental management really well and the system feels especially well suited for group bookings. The interface is simple to work with, there's good flexibility in how it can be used and the API support has also been very reliable.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downsides with them.

“Massive time saver for check ins”
Pros
Running a small property is much more manageable with it because it saves me a huge amount of time every single day. It honestly handles work that I would otherwise need a small team for. From registering guests to creating receipts automatically the property manager takes care of the daily tasks that come with managing a smaller property. One feature I especially appreciate is the ID scanning since it removes the need to type in guest information by hand at check in. Because of that I can greet tourists properly and complete the full registration process in under five minutes.
Cons
The mobile app still has some room for improvement although to me that feels like only a minor downside.

“affordable value for small stays”
Pros
The subscription cost is quite low yet it still delivers excellent value for the price especially with such a modest monthly fee.
Cons
Getting the channel manager set up took some effort and I ran into a few issues while trying to maintain a reliable connection with the OTA extranets.
