Pros
The software setup was easy and simple. The pricing feels reasonable and fair for the value we receive. And whenever an issue arises the team resolves problems quickly with a helpful attitude and real follow-through. It's rare to find that combination of simplicity, affordability and responsive customer care all in one place.
Cons
There really isn't anything we dislike about it.

“Booking sync saves hours”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy and one of the best parts is how reservations from other websites automatically block those dates on my calendar.
Cons
At this point I don't have any complaints. Since I started using it I've been saving more than 2-3 hours every day and couldn't be happier.

“Stable updates”
Pros
A very easy to use software. It covers everything I need and even includes more than I expected plus it keeps getting updated regularly. Also the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up that the software doesn't handle yet.
Cons
I can't think of any major downside. Whenever I ran into a problem it ended up being resolved through later software updates.

Pros
Running things with this software makes daily work much simpler. It helps prevent double bookings completely and all the key information about the business is available within just a few clicks. The setup process is also simple and not complicated to install.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind right now. If anything it would be nice to have a wider range of platforms available for connection.

“Great support and usability”
Pros
It has become a really valuable channel manager in my daily work. The software is very easy to use and what stands out even more is the HUGE level of support from their team. Even when an issue comes up their staff handles it within minutes.
Cons
Whenever anything goes wrong the support team fixes it literally within minutes (I haven't had that kind of experience anywhere else) and so I have no issues to talk about.

There's not a lot to praise here. The overall quality feels poor although customer service was at least okay.
Cons
Platform only connects with a very small number of channels which is already limiting and on top of that they charged my MX credit card even after I had stopped using the service.

“Everything in one dashboard”
Pros
Takes a lot of the daily work off my plate by bringing several platforms together in one dashboard! Tracking is easy, setting prices is simple and the reporting and invoice features cover pretty much everything connected to running a rental business in Croatia. It has genuinely made my work much easier!
Cons
Mobile app still needs an upgrade so it can offer the same level of functions as the web version.

Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and it generally does what I need it to do without unnecessary trouble. The booking plugin is generally useful and the statistics feature is a nice addition for keeping track of performance.
Cons
That said the booking plugin still feels a bit limited in some areas. The Android app could use more development, the statistics need to be more detailed and the invoice creation options are fairly restricted.

Pros
The support team is quick to respond with clear and efficient explanations and generally using the software is quite easy. The calendar works really well and is very accessible. We also haven't noticed any issues with the connection to OTAs.
Cons
At times a few options are harder to locate than they should be. For example changing the seasonal price list would be easier if it were placed in the same dropdown menu as the calendar.

Has been very easy to use and it really helps me stay organized throughout my workday.
Cons
Mobile app is still missing a few features but those could be fixed without much trouble. Right now I still need to go through the booking platform system when I want to create an invoice or modify a reservation.
