“Makes my job simple and stress-free

Pros

Handling up to 1000 properties is not easy, so having a software that is both simple to use and packed with useful features is a must for me. So I needed something that could keep things organized without being overwhelming and this does the job.

Cons

Well there is nothing that I did not like about the software. The only tricky part was figuring out the customization settings and I had to get help from their support team for that.

Pros

The design is clean and smooth which makes everything feel modern and easy to work with. Also it connects really well with our marketing tools and maintenance systems which is a big plus.

Cons

It could really use stronger customization options that don't require calling support. That said they are pretty helpful and will do whatever it takes to make things work the way we need.

What really stands out to me is how well everything flows. Also the layout is quite user friendly, pretty easy to navigate and the way the processes are built just makes everything run smoothly.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that it is not really built for heavy duty institutional accounting but aside from that it's packed with everything else I could ask for in a platform.

Pros

Learning how to use it was not a problem. Plus the reports are detailed and helpful and being able to coordinate things between vendors and tenants without any hassle has proven a lot beneficial for me.

Cons

Switching over to new software is always a bit of a hassle and takes some effort. The same happened with us but in the end it was totally worth it.
