“powerful hospitality management tools”
Pros
Much more manageable to run my hospitality business with the powerful set of tools this software offers. It covers just about everything from reservations and payments to staff management and the other daily tasks that come with operating a successful hotel or tourism business. The feature range is impressive and the customer support team is also excellent with very fast response times whenever help is needed.
Cons
My biggest issue with it is that there are not many customization options. The system can feel a bit limited when trying to customize it to specific business needs. Even so the built in features and tools are still more than sufficient for most hotels, hostels and tour operators.

“Web access from anywhere”
Pros
Having the web app made the biggest difference with this software. Our inventory is available from any computer with an internet connection so both on-site and satellite staff can check availability from almost anywhere and almost anytime (as long as they're online)
Cons
It depends heavily on having a stable internet connection. That convenience is also the downside because power outages or signal drops can stop work in the app unexpectedly. Offline pages would be really helpful for viewing recent information.

“reliable and feature rich booking tool”
Pros
After six months of using this software it has shown itself to be reliable, user friendly and packed with features. My hotel management setup used to feel like a 'chicken and egg' problem: to take reservations I needed reservation software but without reservations it was hard to justify having the software in place. This platform solved both sides of that issue for me.
Cons
Overall I was happy with how it performed and it ran as steadily and reliably as I expected.

“Useful features”
Pros
Getting started with this software felt very natural and most of it was just common sense from the beginning. Whenever I do run into a question help is only a phone call away. The customer service team is patient, well informed and always takes the time to walk me through everything. They explain what they did in a way that actually helps me understand and learn from it. I'm also constantly discovering new features or even older ones that are new to me and that make my day much more manageable. The videos, calls and emails about updates and features are really appreciated. It's been awesome to use.
Cons
My only frustration with the software is when we accidentally check out and can't check back in without reaching out to customer service. I understand the reason for that restriction but it still slows down my workflow when it happens.

“helpful support, limited guest emails”
Pros
One thing that's been really positive is how helpful the help desk has been and whenever I've shared suggestions they make sure those ideas get passed along to the right people.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is the ability to send mass emails to all registered guests directly through the system.
