Outstanding support and rich features

Pros

reservation booking done right

Pros

This software has given us a simpler and more effective way to offer reservation services to our visitors. It allowed us to add online booking so people can prebook their visit before coming to our conservatory. The messaging feature also makes it much easier to stay in touch with prospective visitors. Also the reports provide a lot of useful insights including survey feedback from guests who have already visited our museum.

Cons

It has been consistently flawless for us and we're extremely happy that we haven't run into a single issue with the product.

User friendly booking win!

Pros

Running a tour operation with this has been a really positive experience. It gives our customers a user friendly booking process and it has cut our admin time in half!

Cons

Only downside is that (like with most booking systems) the password requirements for customers creating an account can feel a bit complicated. Still we understand that's pretty much unavoidable.

reservation handling made simple

Pros

Out of all the systems I've worked with this one has been the most easy to use. What I appreciate most is how simple it is to move a reservation to a different date or unit without any trouble. It also offers plenty of report printing options which is really helpful for handling all the different forms I need.

Cons

Something I'd suggest improving is the guest warning or blacklist feature which could use an update.

secure bookings with peace of mind

Pros

Has been a reliable reservation platform for us and the secure payment methods give added confidence that our travelers personal and financial details are well protected (it stays stable during the final payment step for a booking which is honestly a huge relief)

waitlist alerts are great !

Pros

One of the best things about it is how it handles full bookings. When no slots are left, clients can be added to a waiting list and automatically notified as soon as an opening becomes available.

Cons

Revenue boost!!!!

Pros

This software has been a big part of improving how efficiently our travel business runs while also helping us keep guests happier and support stronger revenue growth in such a competitive hospitality market.

Pros

It has taken a lot of the manual work out of managing our property reservations. The automated booking workflow helps us stay efficient and the dynamic pricing tools let us optimize rates more effectively which has led to stronger revenue results.

Pros

One thing that really makes it stand out is the real time availability updates. It helps prevent overbookings and scheduling conflicts which makes the whole reservation process feel much more reliable. Pros

Great help from day one

Pros

From setup and training to customization and ongoing support, the company has been outstanding every step of the way.

Cons

The only adjustment was getting used to booking by nights instead of using check in and check out dates but it just took a little time to understand.

Effective tools for hospitality

Pros

Running a hospitality business feels much more manageable with this software because it brings together such a wide range of features in one platform. It covers the essentials from online bookings to payment processing so there is a lot less need to rely on separate systems. The reporting and analytics are also customizable which makes it easier to understand how the business is performing and spot areas that could be improved.

Cons

That said it can be quite complex and that is one of the biggest challenges with it. For someone just starting out the it may be difficult to figure out and the system may come across as overwhelming at first. Businesses might have to invest a good amount of time and money into training staff so they can use the platform properly. On top of that the pricing can be too high for smaller companies which may limit access for them.

excellent reservations

Pros

It is a very user friendly system and the staff pick it up quickly when handling reservations. It has really useful features that make bookings simple to create and just as simple to update when changes come up. It's also amazing that the system integrates with third party platforms which helps bring in additional reservations. Other than that the support from their team has been something we really value whenever help is needed.

Cons

Group bookings work well overall but it would be much more efficient if each guest's name could be assigned directly on the group booking page. When you first begin entering booking 1, 2 and so on along with the number of people and the site number there should also be an option to select whether it's a caravan, motorhome and similar details right there. Basically it would be much better to collect all guest information on that page before submitting. At the moment you have to go back and figure out which guest is assigned to which site for details like caravan length and with the group leader you also need to search their name to match them to booking 1 and their reservation. Having all of this in one place would save a lot of time especially when taking bookings over the phone because right now the process is quite time consuming.

powerful hospitality management tools

Pros

Much more manageable to run my hospitality business with the powerful set of tools this software offers. It covers just about everything from reservations and payments to staff management and the other daily tasks that come with operating a successful hotel or tourism business. The feature range is impressive and the customer support team is also excellent with very fast response times whenever help is needed.

Cons

My biggest issue with it is that there are not many customization options. The system can feel a bit limited when trying to customize it to specific business needs. Even so the built in features and tools are still more than sufficient for most hotels, hostels and tour operators.

Web access from anywhere

Pros

Having the web app made the biggest difference with this software. Our inventory is available from any computer with an internet connection so both on-site and satellite staff can check availability from almost anywhere and almost anytime (as long as they're online)

Cons

It depends heavily on having a stable internet connection. That convenience is also the downside because power outages or signal drops can stop work in the app unexpectedly. Offline pages would be really helpful for viewing recent information.

reliable and feature rich booking tool

Pros

After six months of using this software it has shown itself to be reliable, user friendly and packed with features. My hotel management setup used to feel like a 'chicken and egg' problem: to take reservations I needed reservation software but without reservations it was hard to justify having the software in place. This platform solved both sides of that issue for me.

Cons

Overall I was happy with how it performed and it ran as steadily and reliably as I expected.

Useful features

Pros

Getting started with this software felt very natural and most of it was just common sense from the beginning. Whenever I do run into a question help is only a phone call away. The customer service team is patient, well informed and always takes the time to walk me through everything. They explain what they did in a way that actually helps me understand and learn from it. I'm also constantly discovering new features or even older ones that are new to me and that make my day much more manageable. The videos, calls and emails about updates and features are really appreciated. It's been awesome to use.

Cons

My only frustration with the software is when we accidentally check out and can't check back in without reaching out to customer service. I understand the reason for that restriction but it still slows down my workflow when it happens.

helpful support, limited guest emails

Pros

One thing that's been really positive is how helpful the help desk has been and whenever I've shared suggestions they make sure those ideas get passed along to the right people.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is the ability to send mass emails to all registered guests directly through the system.
