One of the best tools in industry

Pros

It is a great platform backed by plenty of industry experience. It covers the core property management essentials really well and once you get further into it, there's room to work with more advanced complexity too. It handles different payment setups very well and works especially nicely for aparthotels. The system also seems to understand the varying needs of corporate clients which makes it a strong match for the hospitality industry.

Cons

It would be even better with more progress on the UI to make it more simple and user-friendly. I'd also welcome more automation throughout the system along with stronger reporting features and better options for extracting reports.

Cloud-based workflow boost

Pros

Across our client properties, it has done a lot to make our day-to-day workflows smooth. Because it's continuously being developed and runs in the cloud, teams can manage operations from wherever they are, including on mobile. Basic use doesn't require much training and the integration with RoomLynx and EPoS fits in naturally which helps keep the workflow painless.

Cons

The update process could use much better documentation especially when there are major UI changes. Those kinds of overhauls can make things harder for new users, who almost have to learn the system all over again. Some of our clients have also reported outages so stronger support and faster resolution would make a big difference. On top of that, the add-ons can be expensive for boutique and mid-sized hotel clients. A pricing tier aimed at those providers could likely improve both retention and revenue in that segment.
