“Highly recommended for everyone
Pros
I have been using rezStream for around six years and I absolutely love how easy it is to use, the clean layout and the control it gives me over certain reservation aspects.To put it simply, this has been the best platform I have used for our cabin rentals.
Cons
The only part I did not like was figuring out how to separate group reservations and I really wish there was an easier way to fully separate them.

The support have always been extremely helpful over the years providing great responses and willingness to assist every time we have reached out.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike. I enjoy working with them as they treat me like a friend and always make sure I am happy with their service.

“Very user friendly tool
Pros
It is very efficient. What I loved most about rezStream was how user friendly and easy to use the system is. It made daily tasks like handling reservations, checking guests in and generating reports so much easier. Not to mention, the support team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have had questions or needed support.
Cons
I cannot add a pet fee when making a new reservation, while it works well overall there are some limitations, especially when it comes to customizing reports and communicating with guests. Some features feel a bit rigid and I would prefer more flexibility or better integrations with other tools we use often.

Pros
The communication and responsiveness are excellent. and i feel they really care about people not just numbers. And the product is capable and reasonably priced especially when compared to Cloudbeds.
Cons
It is a small issue but I feel like it would be helpful to receive instructions for the onboarding or training process ahead of time.

“Provides the BEST service
Pros
We have been really happy with RezStream since we first found them at a trade show. They took the time to walk us through everything we couldnt understand and have been patient whenever we were uncertain about how things worked. Plus they are always available to answer questions and offer help. Also, they were flexible enough to work with us in a way that fits our business instead of forcing us to change how we operate.
Cons
We do not have any complaints. Every experience we have had with them has been positive.

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service at RezStream. Ive been working with them for a long time and I am always amazed by the care and attention they provide. The one assisting us has been absolutely wonderful, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and that we are happy with their services. What really stands out is their availability as on one occasion, I needed help on a Sunday and to my surprise, I was able to reach someone from their team. Like they truly go the extra mile for customers even outside of regular hours.On top of that their knowledge of the industry is exceptional and their advice has helped our business thrive. If it were not for their guidance, I am certain our business would not be where it is today. What truly sets them apart is their genuine care for their clients as they treat us like family always making us feel valued. Overall it has been such a pleasure to work with them. They are friendly, professional and always open to listening to our concerns. I highly recommend RezStream to anyone in the hospitality industry. There are a lot of good things about it but I would like to specifically say a few things worth mentioning such as it works really well and the support staff is fantastic.
Cons
One downside is that we cannot reinstate a canceled reservation.

Pros
Not only is it easy to use but the design is also user friendly and the customer support is outstanding too.
Cons
Sometimes it lacks functionality that seems pretty simple like the ability to add promotions for Gift Certificate purchases. However the thing I like about them is that they are quick to implement changes when requested.

Pros
The clarity and functionality are top notch. Also it feels great to use, is user-friendly and the colors are soothing. And I find everything is easy to understand and it is clear that a lot of thought went into designing it.
Cons
When using the reservation map the color scheme is too bright for my liking. So a softer palette would be much easier on the eyes.
