Pros
What really makes the difference in our industry is the people behind the software since they're the ones who step in and solve problems. Working with their team has been a very positive experience for us and their system is genuinely a pleasure to use.
Cons
There really isn't anything about the system that frustrates us. Whenever something was missing in the past the team stepped in and came up with a solution. It's a reliable, well-built platform.
