“Poor Customer Service - Unethical Practices
Pros
In my brief experience with them, their customer service was unsatisfactory. Despite multiple requests to cancel, they continued to spam us with calls and emails promoting their services.
Cons
After trying out Showmojo, I decided to stick with our current company and cancel Showmojo. I've reached out to them four times to terminate our services, but each time I'm given the runaround. They only respond by scheduling a call instead. I wouldn't recommend Showmojo as their unethical cancellation process forced me to contact our credit card company to cancel their service.

Cons
This company refuses to take responsibility for anything. I strongly advise staying away.

Pros
ShowMojo has been an excellent addition to our operations. Allowing potential tenants to book their own tours has been a lifesaver. The self-showing option is also a great blessing as it saves a significant amount of time!
Cons
My integration went smoothly, except for one issue. I encountered some difficulties getting it to work properly with Zillow. Once that is resolved, I'll experience significant time savings!

The convenience of enabling prospects to schedule and tour rental properties at their convenience.
Cons
Locating a prospect can be challenging when quickly searching for a guest card because there's no option to search for an existing lead by name or phone number.

ShowMojo's code locks are simple to install and use. I no longer have to worry about keys going missing or being duplicated, and these locks don't require internet access. They provide a secure solution for granting timely access to prospective residents who wish to view our available properties for lease. Additionally, their Live Answer Agent service has taken our showing scheduling to the next level, freeing up my time for business development and working on the overall growth of our company.
Cons
I have two feature requests: 1) Please include the option to assign a second/alternate Permanent Access Code to each lock. 2) Allow our maintenance techs to use the mobile app to assign the new address to the lock they just installed on-site. This will help minimize any confusion or errors.

“Why ShowMojo Reduces Grief to Dollars
Pros
I'm truly impressed by the software's ability to calculate drive times between properties. It continuously analyzes this information and presents options to customers that work for everyone involved. I'm amazed by how diligent the software is with its follow-ups, reaching out to existing tenants with information about scheduled showings. Managing 10 to 30 listings simultaneously would be impossible without this kind of software.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed about this software is that the website's aesthetics are very plain.

“Showmojo won't tell you your ads arent being shown to anyone, and overbilling

The scheduling feature is highly useful, and the clickable links for clients to schedule their own showings work seamlessly.
Cons
Showmojo fails to mention in any of their instructions or literature that posting a listing with an address already used by someone else practically renders your ads invisible. Period. (Determining this is also quite challenging.) In NYC, where open listings and large buildings with hundreds of units are common, I unknowingly paid for and wrote ads for a year without realizing this. I suspended my account during COVID, and upon restarting recently, it only resulted in two deals over a year. Half of the proceeds went toward maintaining this account. Additionally, the billing date shifts every month, so even though I quit in time for a new billing cycle, they still charged me an extra $79. I pleaded with them not to do it and had already deleted my account, but they went ahead with the charge. For NYC brokers, this is a significant waste of advertising money and valuable time. Just avoid it.

I'm really fond of the option to personalize specific details within the platform.
Cons
We received several lockboxes from the start, but half of them don't function properly. The ones that do work require frequent battery changes. We purchased these lockboxes and pay a monthly fee, yet the customer support has been unhelpful and unresponsive. We have multiple support tickets that are weeks old and remain unanswered. Their support team is so terrible that they even have an automated responder informing users about delayed responses and long delays.

“RIP OFF - Credit Card Info Kept On File Indefinitely

It offers a great alternative to manually scheduling showings.

We stopped using Showmojo last year, yet our card was recently charged again for i don't know what reason. Our card information is not visible anywhere when we log in, and after contacting customer support, they offered no assistance. They stated that their terms do not allow for refunds, despite knowing that we don't use the software. They are retaining our credit card information on file, and we're unable to delete it. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge from Showmojo. It's an awful way to treat small businesses, especially during such a difficult time. Showmojo should show some compassion and stop charging people, allowing us to delete our accounts and credit card information.

This concept is absolutely fantastic! It eliminates the countless phone calls from people wanting to schedule showings. The software is incredibly user-friendly, and the email reminders are a game-changer!
Cons
The only downside I experienced was the price. It became too expensive for us since we have a large inventory of properties, which is why we had to stop using it.
