Pros
It allows me to view all available units along with their availability dates. It is also very convenient to use when I need to check pricing for prospective tenants.
Cons
It appears to have a few glitches at the moment. For example when I open a quote I can no longer print it directly from that screen as I used to. Instead I now have to download the file first and then open it separately to print it.

Pros
We appreciate the quotes as they include all the necessary information in one place. The reports are detailed which makes both leasing and renewals efficient and simple. Their team is also very supportive and consistently available to assist whenever needed.
Cons
I have not encountered any issues so far. The platform is regularly improved with ongoing updates to its reports and systems.

Pros
There is a wide range of reports available which makes it easy to monitor pricing and track leads for leasing agents effectively.
Cons
Preparing a quote requires several steps. It would be beneficial to have a faster option that allows direct printing of a quote without additional steps.
