Pros
Installing and running this system was simple and the training was handled really well. The system is very user-friendly and new features are being added all the time. It's also good that pay attention to customer feedback and adjust the product based on what users need.
Cons
Since it's still a newer system, there are naturally some features that still need to be added. The group section could use a few improvements but overall I'm very happy with the product.

Pros
Using this system is very simple and easy so it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with the system. The helpdesk also responds us quickly whenever issues come up and they're just as open to suggestions on how the platform could be improved.
Cons
The site has outages or minor glitches at times while I'm using it.

“Excellent fit for our hotel”
Pros
This tool has been very user-friendly and didn't require much training for our team to get comfortable with it. It connected without much trouble to our booking engine as well as our payment processor which made the transition much easier. Since we put the system in place, they've kept enhancing the product with smart updates and strong service that continue to match our business needs.
Cons
During the transition from our previous software, one thing we really missed was the room assignment grid especially because it was very useful for handling group bookings. Since then, they've added that feature and have continued improving the feature over time.

Pros
The color coding makes everything simple to follow, the dashboard is clear and pulling reports is easy. The staff and support team have also been fantastic always friendly, helpful and quick to assist when needed.
Cons
I would still like to see simple features for booking groups. The action feature could also be improved so it connects better to the tasks we need to complete for hotel guests, maybe with an alert if a guest checking in already has an action attached.

“Clean interface but needs improvements”
Pros
Handling everyday front-desk tasks is simple when the reservation is fairly standard. Checking guests in and out, creating bookings and using the mobile or iPad app with a card reader all work well. There's also some room for upselling and the interface looks really polished. It has the potential to become one of the best PMS platforms down the road but it isn't there yet.
Cons
It still feels like the product is missing a lot of refinement. Too many tasks involve repetitive clicks and steps especially in the availability calendar, the rate manager and when adding manual charges which is set up in a very odd way. The interface is inconsistent too I've seen what feels like four different calendar systems across the product. Compared with other PMS options that offer drag-and-drop room calendars, this one is hard to use and often feels random. It also seems like development isn't fully handled in-house and the direction appears to favor larger hotels, while the mobile side feels neglected. The Ingenico card reader they sold us has basically been useless. Support is limited to tickets only. On top of that, the visually attractive design also slows the system down; I'd gladly give up some of the graphics for a simpler text-based setup. For smaller hotels, the pricing is especially hard to justify since we are well below the 50-room minimum pricing threshold. It charges a premium but the product still feels like beta software.

“very user friendly tool”
Pros
Exploring the system feels very simple, if you know your way around Windows, you can figure this out quickly. It follows the familiar setup of other PMS platforms but adds an extra level of user-friendliness that makes daily work much easier. I was able to train my entire front office team in just two days which was fantastic.
Cons
There are still a couple of reports I don't see in the system but that feels more like me being used to certain old habits than a real problem with the software.

Pros
Its features are simple and clear to understand. Learning the system didn't take long and I really appreciate that it keeps things simple instead of overcomplicating the process. It's also made things easier for our guests and helps us provide better service on site.
Cons
umm a few features I miss from our previous system, such as color coding and having actions directly linked to an add-on. That said these are more like wishlist items from what we used before since the overall experience has been very positive.
