A good choice of PMS for independent hotels

Pros

It's super easy to navigate without having to dig through options.

Cons

It requires a bit of understanding to fully grasp its operations. It's not the most userfriendly.

Top CRS solution with great promise

Pros

This is the most trusted and widely used CRS in the hospitality industry. Many prominent international hotel chains use it. It helps manage daily operations, distribution and payment transactions. The customer support is exceptional, working seamlessly as an extension of our team.

Cons

Sometimes it works slowly especially when updating bulk rates and inventory. It would be helpful to have tutorials available for individual features.

Easy-to-use Synxis platform

Pros

What I like is that its very easy and we can manage bulk reservations at once, saving time especially valuable in the hotel industry where time is critical.

Cons

Sometimes it hangs or goes into maintenance mode. Also if we don't clear the cache, it doesn't work properly.

Using Synxis is so easy

Pros

It works smoothly and you don't have to memorize complex codes like with Opera. It's a big time saver and very efficient.

Cons

It often hangs and there are technical glitches regarding information. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to book rooms or make reservations.

Synxis property management software

Pros

I like the color coding for visual separation on the room boards. The hotel I work for just switched to this platform and it's much more complex compared to the former NiteVision platform I was used to.

Cons

It feels overwhelming! This software can do so much but it's really too much for me. It's not as userfriendly as other systems I have used and I've had difficulty learning how to navigate it.

Synxis needs some refinement

Pros

The software interface looks clean and appealing. It's easy to understand what's happening.

Cons

It is very buggy. I encounter errors frequently for various reasons. It's also hard to save progress on reservations or other activities.

Pros

It's easy to navigate and I appreciate the color distinctions between the different room types, etc.

Cons

There might be too much information, making it confusing when training new employees.
