Once you get familiar with the system it's very simple to use. I received proper training and that has made navigating everything much simpler for me.

A few of the newer updates threw me off at first but I'm gradually getting used to them.

Pros
I found getting leases and other forms done with this program is very simple which is why our office relies on it regularly.
Cons
Property settings can be a bit tricky at times especially when you're managing multiple properties that each have their own rules.
