“User-friendly software”
Pros
Being able to text back and forth with customers instead of calling has made my life so much easier. As no one likes answering calls or dealing with voicemails that often get ignored. Everyone texts now which makes us way more efficient. We use it every day sending over 20 messages daily.
Cons
It is not easy to view text history as I actually have to send a new message before older texts show up. Also adding picture attachments is expensive and we don't really use that feature.

“Good but mobile app needs a lot of work”
Pros
One thing I really like is that you can use your existing landline number and turn it into a texting number to send and receive messages.
Cons
The mobile app needs a lot of work. Also I would really like to see a dashboard feature so managers can stay logged into all active accounts at once. That way it is easier to keep track of everything. Also texts should load faster.

Pros
Many of our younger clients won't pick up phone calls or check emails often but when we text them through this app, they reply immediately. So it is totally worth the cost at least ten times over.
Cons

I am impressed by how efficient and easy it is. We can attach photos which is handy. Also it is great for sending mass texts or messages to individuals. The product and support team are excellent and very responsive.
Cons
Well I wish we could send multiple photos at once and text longer messages as of right now it cuts off at 250 characters.

TextBox lets me use my current business number to text customers. I can send messages to groups, subgroups or individuals. Plus it supports instant sending as well as scheduled and pre prepared messages. Overall very interactive and efficient.

Pros
I am really happy our sales team can text customers and reps directly from our landline. Plus it is great not having them use their personal phones for business communication.
Cons
Our staff all use Apple phones and we are looking forward to texting pictures directly without the extra step of uploading and then texting customers. That process is more tedious than expected especially when closing sales or showing product photos. Also we have trouble opening pictures in the program as it is a slow process saving and opening one image at a time.

Pros
I very much like how simple it is to use. Nowadays most people prefer texting over phone calls, even in business. Plus being able to send and receive messages and pictures makes communication much faster and more convenient. The price is great too for what it offers and helps my business a lot.
Cons
When too many people in my business use the TextBox software sometimes everyone assumes someone else will reply. So it would be nice if texts could be assigned to individuals without needing separate numbers.
