“Efficient billing feature”
Pros
Coming from a Residence Life background, I've really enjoyed working with this tool. It gives housing professionals a lot to work with when managing residence halls or other properties. Some of the features I appreciate most are being able to see in real time exactly who is assigned to each room, pulling reports to collect useful office data and handling billing. The billing side in this product is especially user-friendly particularly when you need to remove charges. It's also available on mobile which is a big plus for student staff who may need access.
Cons
There have been a few times when THD crashed right when we needed it most although their IT team usually works quickly to resolve the problem. It can also take new users some time to learn the system because there are so many features and the platform can feel a bit complex at first.

Pros
Exploring this platform is very simple and we don't need to put much effort to figure out how everything works.
Cons
We recognized that the biggest frustration was the loading time. At times, it took forever to open and could take up to five minutes.

“user-friendly housing reports”
Pros
In our experience, using it was an enjoyable experience overall. The software felt very user friendly and flexible so I could get to what I needed right when I needed it. Tasks like pulling reports, handling check-ins and check-outs and similar functions were simple to manage and I could access everything from my desktop as well as on mobile.
Cons
I observed there were moments when it seemed to be missing some of the features that other housing platforms offer. While the system was very simple to use that simplicity sometimes made it feel a little too basic.
