“Easy and useful

Pros

Trullion is good software and easy to use. Our rep helped us get started and he was a huge help, guiding us through the entire process and making sure we got up and running. He was always available to answer questions and played a key role in the smooth implementation.

Cons

I wish the mapping codes were placed somewhere more visible when entering contracts.

Pros

The Trullion implementation went very smoothly and honestly, it was the best rollout I've seen with lease software. I really appreciate how easy the software is to use and its simple layout.

Cons

I think the reports section could be stronger. For monthly account reconciliation, having a Rollforward report separate from the Disclosure Report would be really helpful.

“Excellent roll out support

Pros

Rollout support was outstanding, with almost instant replies to any questions. They never hesitated to hop on a Zoom call to demonstrate or train and they even saved the recordings for later.

Cons

Leases with multiple renewal terms don't work exactly as we expected and there are a few minor bugs being fixed but overall, we are very happy.

“I understood lease with this tool

Pros

Once I figured out what I needed to do for each lease, setting everything up in the system was fairly simple. Our audit team understood the reports and could use them directly in the annual audit workpapers.

Cons

Since I'm new to the software, there has been a learning curve but we scheduled another walkthrough with Customer Support and it helped a lot.

“Authentic and amazing accounting software

Pros

The user interface is very comfortable and I can access all my data anytime. I love the audit trail feature. At year end, everything is prepared in a very straightforward way. Plus, the customer support team is great and helpful.

Cons

The SAP integration could be easier to use and I'm hopeful future updates will improve this.

Trullion helps ensure the accuracy and efficiency of lease recording. The interface is easy to navigate and use. The drag-and-drop and scanning features work in seconds, which speeds up reporting and reduces errors. Reports are easy to export and I can upload them into my accounting system without hassle.

Nothing comes to mind right now and I'm a happy user.

From day one, they supported me and were fully committed to tailoring the software to my needs. The ease of training and the routing and text messaging features are exceptional. Customer support has been amazing.

The only downside is that we experienced downtime twice in three years, which was a bit concerning, but thankfully it was short.

“It does an excellent job

Pros

Biggest benefit of Smrt is having all our leases centralized and automatically analyzed. It's especially helpful for audits since you can jump from financial entries right to the exact spot in the original contract. Smrt meets all the regulatory requirements we have.

Cons

The only challenge we faced was typical of any new software like onboarding takes some time, especially with a whole team involved. But Smrt's automatic contract extraction made things easier. We simply uploaded all our PDF leases and Smrt was ready to go.

“Smrt's contract intelligence is the best I've used

Pros

Really enjoy the automation and AI features of Smrt's software. It scans contracts and extracts key data for reports. It also lets managers easily authorize tagging, supporting even multiple rounds of approval.

Cons

Nothing to complain about! The software is solid and I haven't run into any bugs. The automatic data extraction is about 95% accurate.

“Phenomenal lease and contract extraction tool, highly recommended!

Pros

We began using Smart to meet ASC842 requirements and the software made compliance effortless. Its AI features automatically pull key data from our contracts and the audit trail function is incredibly useful.

Cons

Using Smrt has been a really positive experience and I'm excited to see what new features come next!
