Pros
This software is very simple to use for our team and I really appreciate how it centers on resources that are actually available in the client's local area. It also to feel like the team genuinely listens to feedback and continues improving the platform over time.
Cons
As with any technology some users will still need help getting everything set up. This tool was fantastic at supporting my end client directly which kept me from having to act as the middle person. I really appreciated that.
