Pros
Advanced booking engine has been a big advantage for us and the channel manager has stayed consistently reliable. Integrations work well, the mapping options are quite advanced and the revenue manager adds a lot of value to the overall system.
Cons
We are not missing anything in general because over the past 7 years every request we have made has been implemented.
