Pros
I found Everything in the system feels well structured and works the way it is supposed to. It provides accurate business information and the data collection and report generation features are especially useful for getting a clear picture of the business.
Cons
Sometimes there is an extra charge when we ask for software changes or report modifications. That kind of request should ideally be covered under AMC and if users are giving suggestions, it is usually to help make the software stronger in the market so there should not be an added cost for that.

It's a really amazing product overall with plenty of customization options to work with. The pricing is budget-friendly and the quality still feels top-notch.
