Useful but a bit complex

Pros

What really makes this software stand out is its user interface. Voyager is the core feature I would highlight and the business intelligence interface adds an extra advantage. The visual and graphical representation of all reports truly simplifies everything.

Cons

As a user in the Middle East, we have had some difficulty with the support team's response time. Also, the system lacks the flexibility to accommodate regional languages.

freezes, unresponsive, overloaded, difficult, frustrating software

Pros

I don't have any positive aspects to mention for this software. There is nothing I like about the program. It constantly locks up and they refuse to add servers.

Cons

Getting things done requires multiple steps. For example, printing involves using several programs and pressing the print button multiple times like four times, to get the desired output. The system often locks up and never works when you are busy. It becomes overloaded too easily and they refuse to add more servers. It's frustrating seeing them promote this program while ignoring the overloading issue. The software is complicated and requires additional programs to function. It's not compatible with most software, including gate software. It's the worst program I have ever used in my life. I only use it because management requires it. My advice is to stay away.

Useful but not simple

Pros

Online ordering and receiving invoices on time is a great feature.

Cons

It is not the most user friendly. The menus don't make sense and the search function does not give great results.

Completes the task

Pros

Centershift is the essential operations software for the public storage industry. The user interface is a little cluttered but nothing important is missing. It offers excellent reporting services.

Cons

As mentioned earlier, the user interface is a bit cumbersome and takes some time to get used to before you become proficient. Other than that, I have not faced any significant issues.

It helped a lot

Pros

Super easy tool and it connects all parts of our company to manage everything in one place. It's great that multiple users can access the program simultaneously.

Cons

There's no simple way to import data into the system. Everything has to be entered manually.

Easy when you learn it

Pros

Yardi is very user-friendly once you learn the system. It becomes fluent and easy to navigate once you are familiar with it.

Cons

It doesn't work well with other systems and lacks the adaptability to integrate seamlessly.

Still getting to know it

Pros

It ties all our needs together and helped us eliminate many spreadsheets we used before.

Cons

There's no manual to refer to and as someone who is hands on, I prefer having a manual or guide close by. They offer a limited downloadable version but it's not very detailed.

Provides great property manager role

Pros

I really love that this product is web based. Since our company has properties across Wisconsin and I can manage rents, utilities and work orders from any location with ease.

Cons

I can't use this program for the construction part of our business. Even though it's a sister company with separate bank accounts, I have to use two different programs to keep track of vendors.
