Pros
Working with this platform has been really convenient especially in the hospitality industry. The interface is user-friendly, it connects smoothly with different sales channels and it does a good job of helping you evaluate your property effectively.
Cons
Our team noted that the frustrating part is that it doesn't support managing multiple identical units under one listing. Each unit has to be created separately which makes handling the calendar much more time-consuming.

Posting a single listing across every channel was really convenient. I also appreciated not having to already have an account since I wanted something that could connect me everywhere without making me handle all the setup myself.
Cons
At the beginning I was worried it wouldn't work because I was completely new to the site so it felt like I might be wasting my time. In the end, customer service stuck with me and kept helping until I finally got everything working.

With just one click it imports any listing from platforms like Airbnb, Booking and others so creating listings becomes really simple. On top of that the calendar updates automatically and a single person is enough to manage everything. It really lets you handle things with peace of mind.
Cons
What our team found is the 5% commission could maybe be reduced after a certain period of use, as a possible improvement.

One of the best parts of this software is being able to list my rental across multiple channels like Booking.com, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Expedia and more, while managing everything from your.rentals in one place. The calendar sync with other sites is also really useful and makes day-to-day management much more convenient.
Cons
Only thing I'm still missing is a your.rentals mobile app which would be a really nice addition. I hope that becomes available soon.

From our assessment, the price calculator is excellent especially for simplifying the difference between "what the guest pays" and "what you receive." I honestly don't think other companies offer this kind of feature. It feels really clever and genuinely useful.
Cons
Our team discovered There should be much clearer communication about how necessary it is to enter pricing for the following year. Otherwise, the system automatically applies the current year's prices or even the default ones. That point needs to be explained better because discovering it only after getting an unwanted booking is definitely frustrating.

This software is easy to use. Their account manager is available Monday through Friday to help us with anything we need which is really reassuring. On top of that, he speaks French so that's a big plus.
Cons
I observed that the payment feature could be better. It says the payment arrives the day after check-in but in reality it usually takes between 3 and 5 days and that delay feels a bit too long.
