“tenant texting is a standout”

Pros

Being able to text tenants directly through the platform is the biggest advantage for me especially since a few of my tenants are not comfortable with email. As far as I know, this is the only platform that offers that feature which makes it really valuable.

Cons

Banking integration feature still needs improvement particularly when it comes to importing and categorizing transactions.

Pros

This tool gives us the options to text single tenant, single unit or whole community at once which is my favourite feature about it. I also appreciate that utilities and pet fees can be charged separately from rent and even scheduled for different times during the month. Another big plus is having access to vendors in their network who can handle repairs and work orders quickly whenever something comes up and I can't get to it right away.

Cons

Every now and then the software has a small glitch but it usually gets fixed quickly through the chat support.

Text-to-pay feature has been a standout for me. It's really simple to use and makes taking payments incredibly convenient.

Cons

Only issue is that using this tool on mobile can be a bit difficult.
