Unlocking UltiPro Account
Follow the below steps to unlock your UltiPro account:
Navigate to the sign-in page
Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
Enter your registered email
Complete the captcha if you are prompted to
Click ‘Recover’
Check your inbox for the password recovery email
Open the email and press ‘Reset password’. This will create a new temporary password that will be sent to you again through email
Click ‘here’ in the email to log in with your temporary credentials
The next screen will ask you to create a new password of your choice. You’ll be logged in to your UltiPro account once you create it
Note: If employees had set up recovery questions during the initial setup, they can use them to unlock their accounts.
