“Flexible price setting”
Pros
This tool has been very effective for us when it comes to adjusting prices dynamically to market changes and competitive conditions. Since introducing it, we've seen clear improvements in the key metrics that matter to us. Data integration is simple and works through predefined formats which keeps setup and maintenance manageable. With daily data exports, the system is always working with up-to-date information and produces realistic forecasts. The interface is clean, well structured and simple to use. The revenue and profit predictions were also validated in our internal A/B tests and in some cases they even performed better than expected.
Cons
One limitation is that the logic behind the calculated prices is not fully transparent in the frontend which makes internal follow-up questions harder to answer. Setting fixed prices for promotions or individual products also involves a fairly high amount of manual effort. At the moment there is no consolidated view of all products that would allow manual price adjustments in one place.

Pros
Seeing the A/B testing outcomes was really encouraging. It played a big part in helping us reach our goal of improving our target numbers.
Cons
The results can get skewed in segments where sales data is limited. It also needs a large amount of historical sales data to deliver accurate insights.

Pros
The AI-driven pricing recommendations have been very accurate for us and the interface is simple to use with insights that are clear and helpful. Customer support has also been excellent and the training resources make it easier to get up to speed. On top of that the product keeps getting better with regular improvements and updates.
Cons
We really haven't run into any major issues. It can take a little time to dig into all of the more advanced features but the team provides required support along the way.

“simple user interface”
Pros
Dashboard is simple and easy to follow. The pricing optimization results we get from them have been outstanding. We regularly run A/B tests, comparing different hypotheses against our current setup with their team and in almost every case none of the alternatives has performed better. Being able to adjust the strategy quickly in the tool gives us real flexibility and clear business value. The support team is also excellent-even more complex requests are taken seriously and they genuinely try to build them into the product. It has become a tool we rely on every day.
Cons
Our product assortment is extremely large and highly interconnected which creates some challenges when working with it. Even though the results are very good, the way they are generated can sometimes feel like a black box. That makes it harder to explain and justify internally across the organization.

“Multi-country discount control”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of using it is being able to manage discounts across multiple channels at the same time while also customizing them for each individual country. Once you understand how the system works, handling discounts becomes much simpler and far less time-consuming. Having direct access to a dedicated contact person is also a huge benefit because that person gets to know our company well and understands the ongoing issues we may be dealing with.
Cons
It might take a bit longer for some people to learn this software but people with a more analytical and logical way of thinking will probably pick it up faster. Another challenge is that discounts can sometimes apply to products you did not intend to target and they may push pricing more aggressively than planned. Since it works across many products at once, it can be difficult to control this accurately.

The test results came out better than expected. The interface is nice and the forecasting feature has been especially useful.
Cons
One limitation is how only small information can be entered directly in the frontend, nearly everything has to be provided through tables which can slow down efficiency.
