“flexible workflows and clear visibility”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how flexibly processes can be designed with workflows and ETL mappings which makes it possible to turn new ideas or requirements into working solutions very quickly. The prioritization options inside the workflows also help a lot with scalability. On top of that, there is full transparency across the entire process chain and the Grafana integration is very useful for monitoring performance.
Cons
Some UI modules could definitely load faster. The handling is also not consistently simple and it would benefit from better documentation and more detailed user guides.

Pros
The platform gives us a lot of flexibility, clear transparency and strong scalability across all processes and the entire system landscape. On top of that, the availability of all services is exceptionally high.
Cons
In some areas the UI and overall system browsing become a bit complicated.
