“User-friendly tool”

Pros

Installing it was simple and the performance stayed consistently efficient. It worked well for the trial and the project we were running at the time. I'd definitely recommend it to colleagues.

Cons

Since we didn't use it for very long, I never really had the chance to spot any major issues. The only reason we stepped away from it was that it wasn't within our budget at the time. I'd absolutely use it again if the need came up.

Pros

Whenever I reach out for assistance the service is really solid. The support team seems knowledgeable and usually provides the kind of help I need. I feel like I can rely on them when I run into an issue or have a question. They're generally helpful and to the point.

Cons

The software feels a bit complicated to navigate sometimes.

Pros

One of the best things about this product is how flexible it is in terms of adapting to different processes. I can use it in a way that fits how I manage my day-to-day tasks whether that's working with different types of data, switching between processes or adjusting how I view and organize information.

It's a bit slow to be honest.
