Pros
The fact that it runs through Microsoft gives it some added credibility
Cons
Can be pretty slow. The layout isn't very good and I've run into a few glitches while using it. Tracking multiple employees is also awkward because you have to handle them one at a time and then start over.

“helpful time-off setup”
Pros
Adjusting time entries and checking vacation balances is easy. The approval flow and vacation setup are definite advantages and they make the process simpler to manage.
Cons
Approving time is more tedious than it should be because there's no way to select multiple employees at once. It also runs slowly and I can't view vacations for several employees at the same time.
