“useless tool”
Pros
Honestly, this POS did not help me at all when it came to showing taxable sales separately from non-taxable ones. I also had no way to control lottery payouts through it.
Cons
There was no customer service to turn to when I needed help and the service technicians clearly had no idea what they were doing.
