“Feature-packed POS”

Pros

I'd say the range of features is one of its biggest strengths especially Captain APP, QR self-ordering, KDS and CDS. It's remarkable that they have all those while still keeping the overall system simple to handle. I also like having sales Inventory and customer data brought together in one place because I can manage those areas without having to work across separate systems. The customer support has been excellent as well. Another big advantage is that it is an all-in-one POS system that works across many different devices. It can keep running even without an internet connection and then sync the data in real time once it's back online.

Cons

So far I haven't found a specific feature or part of the system that has caused me problems in my day-to-day use.
