Pros
Using Althea has been a breath of fresh air because software with this many features is rarely this simple to use. The ability to customize it really changed everything for us. Our requirements were very specific and like many businesses, we knew an out-of-the-box solution would never match what we actually needed. That is where this software really stands out especially when paired with a professional team that truly understands business needs. Highly capable software combined with highly capable staff made the implementation successful and helped optimize our operations. Althea really delivered for us.
Cons
There are just a few UI elements and functions that still have room for improvement. Overall the software is good.

Pros
Adding new inventory has been really convenient especially with the UPC lookup add-on we asked for. The system also pulls in all of our sales and customer details from orders that come through third-party marketplace sites which has been very helpful.
Cons
Because it manages the multiple integration points across third-party platforms our proprietary website and other systems so we really have not run into any issues or concerns on our side.

“powerful reporting and controls”
Pros
Having key features like POS, promotions, purchasing, sales and especially user roles in one place has been incredibly useful. The detailed dashboards and granular reports are the biggest highlight for me because simpler reporting really helps keep the business and ordering process organized and efficient. That's exactly why this product feels like a Swiss army knife.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add connectors for pulling in data from other products.

“Efficient tools for daily operations”
Pros
The interface has been simple to move around in and the app includes all the features we need to run our business efficiently. The inventory tools, warehouse management and detailed reporting have saved us a lot of time and trouble while making day-to-day operations much easier to monitor and control.
Cons
My only wish is that they would add full support for the Arabic language.
