Pros
Using it for day-to-day operations has been very easy. The biggest advantage, without question, has been the support from the IT team especially the team I work with most. They are consistently professional, helpful, ready to listen to any problem and quick to assist with solutions.
Cons
One downside is that the system runs on a local server instead of being cloud-based which means higher spending on IT services and hardware maintenance.

Pros
The scalability and user-friendly features make this a really great fit. It works well for a small setup right now but it also gives us plenty of room to expand as the business grows.
Cons
Our only challenge is related to our location, where the internet can be a bit slow. Even though this isn't a cloud-based POS, it still needs updates at times and those can put a strain on our connection. That said this is not a problem with the software itself, just something on our end.

Pros
From day one, this software has saved our team a lot of time, cut down on headaches and brought a level of efficiency to our store that no other system we've used since opening has been able to match.
Cons
It would be nice to have a bit more flexibility to customize some of the terminology in the software, like changing "Vendor" to "Donor" so it better fits how our business operates but aside from that, we really haven't found any meaningful downside.

Pros
Customer support has been fantastic and it offers a lot of features for the price.
Cons
I do wish it could integrate with a booking scheduler. We use a client database to set up courses and handle customer service so right now we have to manually transfer payment details into that database.

Pros
I really appreciate the customer service. The team is friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever something comes up. When bugs appear in the system, they address the issue promptly and get it resolved right away.
Cons
System does have occasional bugs from time to time but they fix them very quickly once reported. I really have to give them credit for being so responsive.
