One issue is that customer service for OMS can be inconsistent since different agents sometimes give different advice on how to resolve the same problem.

It covers a good range of marketplaces like Magento, Lazada, TikTok and Shopee which makes managing different channels much more convenient. The UI/UX also feels well thought out and handling product listings is generally pleasant and efficient.

Cons

Removing products could be handled better and there are times when products do not sync properly between marketplaces. I have also run into unsync issues which can be frustrating when trying to keep everything updated.

Cataloging products is really simple and being able to publish listings to multiple sales channels with a single click is a huge plus.

Their servers sometimes seem to get overloaded which makes the website respond more slowly.

Getting order accuracy right is the foundation of any OMS and that's usually hard to achieve. It is the most accurate order management solution I've used so far. On top of that the UI is simple so it only takes about five minutes of training to get comfortable and start using it confidently.

Cons

It would be even better if it offered a more open environment for integrations with external solutions. If that improves I wouldn't really have any other requirements.

Our company follows a special order workflow that requires customer data to be screened before an order can be released and the support from this platform was very helpful for handling that process.

The Korea team and the Global IT team responded to us almost in real time so we really do not have any issues to mention here.

Compared to other systems, this one feels much more user-friendly and a lot easier to understand.

There are still syncing issues especially when the same SKU is listed across multiple stores.
