“Easy to use”

Pros

Handling the software feels very easy and it lets me keep track of all the products I have in inventory. Another thing I appreciate is that everything is stored in the cloud so if my computer gets damaged, my records are still safe.

Cons

The only thing I feel the program is missing is the option to add images to each product.

“Amazing tool for daily tasks”

Pros

It has a really simple interface whether I'm entering data, speeding up orders, managing inventory or pulling reports. The features across the app works very well.

Cons

Most of the issues seem to show up after software upgrades. Aside from that, I really haven't run into any significant problems.

I genuinely appreciate how affordable this product is while still being incredibly useful especially because we can check stock levels in real time right away.

I haven't run into any issues so far with this product. If anything it has been genuinely helpful to the company because of its real-time inventory tracking.

“user friendly system”

Pros

It makes working with Inventory Allocator much more efficient since it automatically calculates the remaining stock in the crates whenever new sales data comes in. The system is also user-friendly and not overly complicated to work with.

“Smooth connectivity across modules”

Pros

Being able to connect Sales with Purchasing and the inventory modules without any friction is a big plus. It also works well for teams with multiple remote users logged in at the same time and the custom permission settings for each user are really useful.

Cons

One frustrating limitation is that drop-ship items in drop ship orders cannot be edited or canceled. If something needs to be removed, the sales order has to be entered all over again otherwise, the canceled items still appear on the final invoice. The email function inside sales and purchase orders is also lacking because it does not save the text written in the email body for future reference. On top of that, when trying to add a "cc" email address, it only lets the user search outside of AdvancePro, even though those secondary email addresses are often already stored in the vendors' or customers' records within AdvancePro.

Pros

This software is a strong fit for businesses in the apparel industry. It is easy to learn and explore which helps simplifying everyday tasks. The integration with QuickBooks is also a major benefit because it keeps accounting and operational processes connected efficiently

Cons

There are still some areas that could be improved. Inventory visibility during order entry could be better as current stock availability is not always clear while placing orders. The warehouse workflow could also be more flexible by allowing managers to assign pick tasks through a dedicated picker list instead of linking pick tickets directly to users. In addition stronger controls around customer credit limits would help prevent orders from being created once limits are exceeded. The POS system has also experienced stability issues at times.

“Shared inventory visibility”

Pros

Having an amazing paper trail has been really valuable and the MySQL database lets me share inventory information with both our engineering team and the administration department.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a printable user manual for training purposes. There are also times when we need to recreate a packing slip and the system doesn't let us do that.
