Pros
Beyond how well it works as a highly configurable WMS, their customer support has been even more impressive.
Cons
Not a con but I do wish the software included its own built-in 3PL billing solution. That said it does give us customizable rules for every client/customer, along with a very detailed real-time report showing time spent and tasks completed for each customer.
