“Best customer support.
Pros
It stands out among pawn software providers for its exceptional customer service. Every query or issue I've had was promptly addressed. Bravo's interface is intuitive, and it includes all the essential features. The eBay integration has been particularly valuable for my shop.
Cons
As someone who uses this web-based software, the occasional slowdown can be a downside. I hope they consider making it a hybrid system in the future.

“The Perfect Software for a Pawnshop in the Age of the Internet
Pros
Bravo has transformed our pawn operations significantly. After reviewing various pawn software options, choosing Bravo was an easy decision. We now manage our entire inventory online with real-time updates. Listing hundreds of items on eBay takes just a few clicks, saving us hours. Customer Profiles help us evaluate clients and optimize loans, cross-referencing their history across different locations. Plus, our customers receive timely notifications and can renew loans via the mobile app. Bravo continues to evolve based on customer feedback, enhancing its functionality continuously.
Cons
While the financial cost is higher than other options, the value you get in return is substantial. I do wish there were more detailed reports that were simpler to generate for specific categories.

“Best pawn software hands down!!!
Pros
I appreciate Bravo's mobile app, which allows customers to pawn items, pay off loans, set aside layaways, and even browse our in-store inventory seamlessly. The customer service is exceptional. I've even received assistance directly from the CEO when needed. Bravo truly sets the standard with its perfect, user-friendly software.
Cons
The fees for eBay, Buya, and text messages are the only drawback I can think of. I understand there's a cost, but I'd prefer it to be included in my monthly subscription.

“Seemless integration and countless ways to monitor how your business is performing
Pros
The software offers endless options for generating detailed reports to monitor every aspect of my business. The more information I provide, the more comprehensive the reports become.
Cons
I realize everything has a cost, so I'm not expecting everything for free. However, I would like the flexibility to log in from my home computer or phone without needing an extra license. I understand the reasons behind this limitation.

“You Don't Know What You're Missing
Pros
Bravo's adaptable framework promptly addresses new business needs and technological advancements. This means less time spent on paperwork and more time building customer relationships.
Cons
Introducing any new system will inevitably change established business workflows. Proper training, support, and community resources are crucial for a smooth transition.

“Bravo Software is everything you need to take your business to the next level and beyond.
Pros
Mastering Bravo is simple, even for those with minimal computer skills, you'll feel like a pro in just days. The Ad Hoc Reporting feature allows me to create hundreds of custom reports tailored to my needs. The support team is exceptional!
Cons
I would rather have a written software manual organized by category than searching for answers in the Solution Center. On the positive side, the Solution Center is comprehensive and easy to navigate. You can even print out answers to create your own manual.

“Great Software
Pros
It gives me clear insights into my team's performance, both individually and collectively, unlike our previous software.
Cons
Sometimes, when reviewing reports, it's unclear where certain numbers originate. For example, daily sales figures include scrap refining results, which should be separate. Additionally, the lack of ACH options for scrap refining payments seems odd, considering it's a common method. As an owner, accessing certain data, like employee performance metrics, should be straightforward but requires extra steps. Improving clarity and accessibility of information is important.

“Bravo has customer support that is unrivaled by any other product, and continues to deliver!
Pros
From its intuitive interface to its extensive training webinars and swift technical support, Bravo was the clear choice for us. It's the highest quality and most cost-effective product available.
Cons
It's hard to fault Bravo on many fronts. If I had to pinpoint one area, I'd mention the e-commerce pricing structure. I wish it were more cost-effective, especially considering the benefits of enabling the e-commerce feature.

“With so much ecommerce that we do, Bravo is the #1 choice hands down.
Pros
Bravo provides us with tools that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness. The eCommerce feature lets us list items online effortlessly with just a copy and paste of their descriptions.
Cons
Some suggestions take longer to implement, and sometimes the resolutions provided aren't entirely helpful or conclusive. It feels like every new feature comes with additional costs, which can be frustrating.

“The best I have used in 26 years, though a bit difficult to learn in the beginning. Highly recommend
Pros
The standout feature of Bravo is its ad reporting, allowing me to generate custom reports on demand. I also appreciate the ability to handle multiple transactions for a customer from a single window, with a quick reloan process. The software's comprehensive transaction and inventory history reports, along with its useful mobile app, further enhance its value. The ongoing customer support is exceptional. Features like the dashboard's unfinished jobs button have significantly boosted our efficiency in managing police reports and pricing forfeited items. The performance tabs for stores and employees are also invaluable. Plus, the automatic backup and customer suggestion area ensure continuous improvements based on user feedback.
Cons
Initially, navigating and using the program took some getting used to. However, with patience and practice, I overcame those challenges, and the benefits have been well worth the effort. While entering new pawn items can be time-consuming initially, the estimator tool speeds up the process for common items. Managing reloans and purchases is straightforward, although the layaway feature could use some improvement. Based on my experience with support, I'm optimistic that these issues will be addressed soon.

“good overall product
Pros
Bravo is simple to use, with easy-to-navigate menus and robust features like a detailed gun log and customer lookup capabilities.
Cons
Connecting printers for labels and lacking tech support for them can be challenging. I also find there aren't enough options for online policies.

“Compupawn to Bravo switch
Pros
Our entire team quickly adapted to Bravo within days. It's clear this software was designed by and for pawnbrokers. The Bravo team has been exceptional, ensuring all our workstations at multiple stores operate efficiently. The Company Performance feature, consolidating all store numbers on one dashboard, is incredibly useful. It eliminates the need to run multiple reports, streamlining operations. The estimator has empowered our employees to make informed decisions swiftly, resulting in increased profit margins. We're eagerly anticipating using Bravo for our upcoming store opening and leveraging its capabilities for customer engagement, such as mass text campaigns that have proven highly successful.
Cons
Like any change, adopting Bravo software required a learning curve. It took a few weeks to become familiar with the reports and adjustments from our previous system. Now, after six months with Bravo, including opening a new store from day one, we're pleased with the switch. Initially, it took our team longer to process loans as we learned the software, but now we're more efficient thanks to the estimator tool.

“we at patriot gun and pawn have had a wonderful experience with using bravo
Pros
We love how easy Bravo is to use. The customer service is top-notch, and the training videos make onboarding new employees a breeze. The data storage in the estimator is another feature we greatly appreciate. Intsapawn is revolutionizing the pawn industry.
Cons
The cost of modules, such as trades, which are basic tasks for pawn shops, is my only concern.

“Why this software does not work.
Pros
I haven't found any positives with this software, and even if there are, accessing them requires training that isn't provided.
Cons
This software is not easy to use, requiring extensive training for even minor transactions. Unfortunately, support is lacking and difficult to reach promptly.

“Best Pawn Software, hands down
Pros
Bravo simplifies managing pawns, consignments, and inventory while meeting strict industry regulations. It significantly reduces the time spent on monthly QuickBooks reconciliations. The automated online channel via buya.com has facilitated $2k in monthly sales and streamlined ATF log book management, saving me 30 minutes daily.
Cons
The vendor is excellent, though the product could streamline some processes with fewer unnecessary steps.

“Best software on the market.
Pros
The Dashboard feature on Bravo provides a comprehensive overview of daily tasks, which is incredibly easy to understand. Updates are quick, taking less than 5 minutes. I'm particularly fond of buya.com and the new eBay API integration. Bravo's customer service is exceptional, with rapid responses that have earned them an A+ in my book.
Cons
I have no complaints at the moment; I'm eagerly anticipating future updates.

“Avoid before you regret it like I do!
Pros
Initially, the cloud-based aspect seemed promising, but it hasn't been a great fit with this company.
Cons
I've had a disappointing experience with their service. Despite paying a substantial monthly fee, I encountered issues with my IP address before even opening my business. The response from support was rude, demanding extra fees for a simple reset. Customer service seems focused on fees rather than support, which is frustrating. I would caution others to avoid similar frustrations.

“Best software for the price. Hands down!
Pros
Bravo offers excellent customer service with informative responses to all inquiries. Its affordability for startups sets it apart from competitors charging much higher prices, often coupled with additional fees for customer support. Bravo's cost-effective pricing and cloud-based storage ensure quick recovery in case of business disruptions.
Cons
Some Bravo programs require multiple clicks or screens to access features that are typically accessible with a single click in other software. As a long-term customer, I expect more direct support from Bravo for resolving issues.

“We Love Bravo and the POS system
Pros
I love being able to sell my merchandise round the clock and having our entire inventory accessible online. The consignment module is also a favorite, and I'm eagerly awaiting the eBay API integration.
Cons
We're eager for the eBay API integration to arrive sooner rather than later. Also, we're looking forward to expanding our sales on Buya.
