Pros

The Jewelry Master feature is my favorite, it simplifies pricing and pawning jewelry, ensuring consistency with just a few inputs. Bravo makes eCommerce effortless by seamlessly integrating with eBay and our custom website. It's straightforward to navigate and offers so many features that I can't list them all. They're always adding new enhancements, making Bravo better every month. With locations in two places, the cloud-based software is a lifesaver, keeping both stores interconnected. Customer data and past transactions are accessible company-wide instantly when a customer is added. Plus, I've got Bravo installed on my Microsoft Surface, allowing me to manage both stores and generate reports from anywhere, just like being onsite. Ad-hoc reporting is a game changer, letting me create customized reports easily. And their customer support is beyond amazing, always reliable.

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment. I wish some features could be more customized to suit my preferences better.

Bravo is the BEST pawn software I have ever used. Tried several others and nothing compares. Lots of features. Does just about everything you need.

It is is undoubtedly the best pawn shop software out there. It does everything a pawnbroker needs and more, constantly improving. Initially skeptical, I now can't imagine using any other software after several years with Bravo. Compared to previous programs, where issues were common, Bravo's downtime is minimal, and their tech support treats you like family. The ease of listing items across multiple platforms like eBay and maintaining a branded website is a game-changer, saving us significant time. Mobile Pawn Advantage has taken things to the next level, facilitating easy payments and transactions via smartphone, even allowing for quick sales directly from the app. Bravo's reporting capabilities are unmatched, managing everything from FFL logs to cash tracking effortlessly. In short, Bravo is simply the best on the market.

Cons

Occasionally, data entry errors occur, but Bravo's tech team resolves them swiftly. They're also receptive to suggestions for improvements.

Cons

Cons

Cons

Sometimes, when reviewing reports, it's unclear where certain numbers originate. For example, daily sales figures include scrap refining results, which should be separate. Additionally, the lack of ACH options for scrap refining payments seems odd, considering it's a common method. As an owner, accessing certain data, like employee performance metrics, should be straightforward but requires extra steps. Improving clarity and accessibility of information is important.

Our entire team quickly adapted to Bravo within days. It's clear this software was designed by and for pawnbrokers. The Bravo team has been exceptional, ensuring all our workstations at multiple stores operate efficiently. The Company Performance feature, consolidating all store numbers on one dashboard, is incredibly useful. It eliminates the need to run multiple reports, streamlining operations. The estimator has empowered our employees to make informed decisions swiftly, resulting in increased profit margins. We're eagerly anticipating using Bravo for our upcoming store opening and leveraging its capabilities for customer engagement, such as mass text campaigns that have proven highly successful.

Cons

Like any change, adopting Bravo software required a learning curve. It took a few weeks to become familiar with the reports and adjustments from our previous system. Now, after six months with Bravo, including opening a new store from day one, we're pleased with the switch. Initially, it took our team longer to process loans as we learned the software, but now we're more efficient thanks to the estimator tool.
