Pros
The Jewelry Master feature is my favorite, it simplifies pricing and pawning jewelry, ensuring consistency with just a few inputs. Bravo makes eCommerce effortless by seamlessly integrating with eBay and our custom website. It's straightforward to navigate and offers so many features that I can't list them all. They're always adding new enhancements, making Bravo better every month. With locations in two places, the cloud-based software is a lifesaver, keeping both stores interconnected. Customer data and past transactions are accessible company-wide instantly when a customer is added. Plus, I've got Bravo installed on my Microsoft Surface, allowing me to manage both stores and generate reports from anywhere, just like being onsite. Ad-hoc reporting is a game changer, letting me create customized reports easily. And their customer support is beyond amazing, always reliable.
Cons
I can't think of any at the moment. I wish some features could be more customized to suit my preferences better.

Initially skeptical, I now can't imagine using any other software after several years with Bravo. Compared to previous programs, where issues were common, Bravo's downtime is minimal, and their tech support treats you like family. The ease of listing items across multiple platforms like eBay and maintaining a branded website is a game-changer, saving us significant time. Mobile Pawn Advantage has taken things to the next level, facilitating easy payments and transactions via smartphone, even allowing for quick sales directly from the app. Bravo's reporting capabilities are unmatched, managing everything from FFL logs to cash tracking effortlessly. In short, Bravo is simply the best on the market.

Cons
Operating on the cloud has its pros and cons. While internet outages can be problematic, Bravo's system upgrades ensure minimal downtime. We've had excellent uptime since 2018.
