Pros

Information flows smoothly through the system and it is very easy to pick up. The interface just makes sense right away.

Cons

Overall I am satisfied but I wish there was less manual entry and more automatic data input to speed things up.

The touchscreen works really well and picking out products is quick for us.

Cons

Importing an Excel file is not possible and managing customer loyalty points and product stock is much harder than it should be.

Our team finds this software very easy to figure out. We can do everything with it from financial reports to client files and tracking. The technical and customer support teams are both quick and responsive.

Right now there is nothing I feel needs to be added.

The team is always ready to listen to us and the software is simple and practical to use day to day.

Cons

My biggest issue is with invoices. The discount column always shows up even when there is no discount applied and my clients keep asking about it. That column should only appear when a discount is actually being given.

It is fast, simple to use for us and any fixes or corrections happen quickly.

Cons

The Cash Office user manual is not detailed enough and the software could use clearer guidance overall.

What I really liked is how easy and natural it feels to use, the affordable monthly cost and the ability to reach support when needed with quality answers every time.

Cons

Not an issue with tool but I was charged for a repair visit that happened because of a PC update I had nothing to do with.
