Pros
From the first demo through implementation the team has been professional, patient and consistently quick to respond. The launch went smoothly and we were never left feeling lost or stuck waiting for help when we needed it. Our team has also been really impressed with how user-friendly the tool is which made it easier for everyone to get comfortable with the system. Having responsive support throughout the process made the implementation experience much easier for us.
Cons
We haven't run into any problems that weren't resolved quickly. On the rare occasion when something does come up we haven't been left waiting around for a solution.

“convenient mobile access”
Pros
Running Stratus POS on any tablet makes it really convenient to keep tabs on the business from anywhere. Their technical support team has been consistently helpful to us and knows the system well which makes a big difference when I need assistance. Celerant also puts on an excellent client conference every year where I can connect with their staff, meet other users and get a full look at the new features and integrations they've built over the past year. I find that valuable because I can see what's being added and get a better sense of how the platform is continuing to develop. They keep rolling out more enhancements annually which helps retailers keep up with changing needs and stay competitive. Celerant's continued feature expansion makes newer retail technology more accessible to SMBs rather than something available only to big-box retailers.

“All-in-one setup but feels generic”
Pros
It has everything tied into one centralized database so it comes with a wide range of features like ERP, a mobile app, SEO tools and more which makes it a capable software for us.
Cons
The main dashboard looks decent enough but it could definitely be more stable. Overall it feels like a fairly generic app rather than something deeply focused on a specific core need.
