“fast and simple to use”

Pros

It's a very simple and user-friendly piece of software and it works very quickly.

Cons

The interface might be the only thing to criticize but aside from that this tool is brilliant.

“Worst product and terrible team”

Pros

I have nothing to praise about this producr, because trying to get help has been really frustrating as support takes far too long to respond. I also do not understand why there is no direct download link. On top of that, the onboarding is not clear and there is no proper guidance on how to access account details or download the product again.

Cons

The support has been terrible and even getting the software is confusing. There is no clear indication that I am supposed to create an account and I do not understand why a download link is not provided directly.

“Easily customizable”

Pros

Customization is easy and the tech and customer support have been excellent whenever we needed help. The designs are simple, reports and printouts are clear and readable and the customer and order management tools work really well.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the tag print defaults since they can't be customized and the tags don't use the full white space on the paper. We also wish orders were more editable because employees sometimes forget to add items and customers occasionally need to add something after the order has already been placed.
