Pros

Simply amazing

Pros

I really enjoy using Clover because it is so simple. Plus the card processing steps are easy and the machine is simple to navigate.

Cons

To be honest I have absolutely no cons to share.

It is a safe bet

Pros

It is really easy to use. I have a retail store with employees ranging from older adults to high schoolers but no matter their age, everyone gets the hang of the system pretty quickly.

Cons

The processing fees are something to consider. As even though the ease of use is great but I find it a bit expensive. Still it is definitely worth it.

Pros

Clover does exactly what it promised and the fees are a bit reasonable than other options I come across.

Cons

The touch hardware I used did not feel the best or right to me. As it is kind of slow and the buttons were not where I am used to them being.

Pros

It is really efficient for keeping track of my inventory. Also it is pretty easy to navigate and see sales and profits.

Cons

What I did not like about it was that the screen was a bit small.

I have nothing good to say about it only cons.

Cons

To me customer service is an issue. Plus they will still charge you even when you ask them not to. I had to close my restaurant for personal reasons and called Clover about the monthly charges. They said no problem but they still took 9 months of subscription fees $49.00 each without my consent. And now they would not refund me and they didn't seem to care about the mistake.

Better among many

Pros

Well I like the clean and optimized web interface, the customer database and the invoicing module.

Cons

I wish I could assign custom invoice numbers maybe even PO numbers to invoices generated through Clover.

Modern and amazing

Pros

All the information I need is easy to find on the dashboard. Plus their devices look sleek, modern and high tech.

Cons

I find their terminals way too expensive. Also they no longer support payment requests or invoicing for healthcare offices.

Pros

The handhelds are easy to move around and look great especially with the new upgrades. Also I find it easy to use.

Cons

It is too easy to accidentally refund a client's card if you hit the wrong button. I also wish it would connect to our PIM system AviMark. Plus there is no stylus or pen provided for clients to sign their names.

Awesome for handling payments

Pros

We can easily process transactions through the terminals and even remotely online. I highly recommend it!

Cons

The product itself is amazing but I wish the processing terminal was the first thing that popped up when you open it.

It is easy to use and install but I would say be careful when you close out your account.

Cons

I am giving it 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. Be careful with this company. I stopped working with them and paid everything I owed but after 2 years, they put me in collections asking for a payment I already made. I have been dealing with this for 2 years now. Every time they call they ask for a bunch of paperwork and now they claim I owe $700. I have proven everything but they are still coming after me. In short I am not happy at all.

Pros

One of the best features of the Clover POS system is its versatility. Clover offers various hardware options and customizable software that fits different types of businesses from retail to restaurants. This flexibility helps businesses like ours manage sales, inventory and customer relationships all in one system.

Cons

The only downside I noticed is that the Clover POS system is expensive. While it offers lots of features and customization it can get expensive, especially with extra costs for hardware, software and transaction fees. This might be a barrier for smaller businesses or those on a tight budget.
