Years back before the company changed hands again and again this used to be a really good system. Now it's terrible and I have nothing good to say.
Cons
Customer support is basically nonexistent and the software is full of bugs that make it difficult to rely on for regular work. The price is far too high and the service is so poor it would be funny if it weren't so frustrating. It took me six months to get a response to a ticket that had been marked as "critical." Their billing department also constantly gets the monthly invoices wrong. Even more exasperating is that no one seems to follow through on what they promise like saying they'll call back and then never doing it. The combination of billing mistakes, extremely slow responses and missed follow-ups has made the overall experience very difficult.
