Affordable but has its issues

Pros

The annual fee was affordable and the support was quick to respond and really helpful.

Cons

It is not available in the cloud and other thing I have noticed is that the reporting features are not up to today's tech standards for preparing reports.

Pros

I run a business with 15 networked devices running ConsignPro, managing thousands of inventory items and purchases. Also it works smoothly without any issues. Every time I have a question, it feels like the system already has the answer. Very impressive.

Cons

There is nothing I am unhappy with. If I have any issues or questions, the support team responds quickly.

Everyone we dealt with was awesome

Pros

The system is so easy to use and I can access all the information I need. Plus I sleep better knowing that all my data is backed up.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike or it does not already do. It's constantly being updated and improved.

Like it a lot!

Pros

I find it very easy to use from start to finish. Also it was simple to set up and inputting different clients for consignment was not an issue too.

Cons

After the new layout was introduced, now I find it difficult to see payouts.

Good tool, but the backend is not the best

Pros

The deployment was simple, the system is easy to use and the features work perfectly for my consignment retail application. Also training and support have been great too.

Cons

Well it does not integrate very well with QuickBooks. I also need to buy a middleware application to make it fully functional with cash transactions.

Great experience all around

Pros

Even though some reviews wish for a more app-like or modern design, we are happy with the simple layout. Also it is easy to understand, almost foolproof and makes training staff easy. And while others have struggled with reporting options, we have not had any issues at all. Our needs are very well covered. Plus we have made several changes to our store, including adding a web store and the support team was very responsive, even on Saturdays. I mostly worked with few again and again and I cannot praise them enough. While I get why cloud-based software is popular, I prefer that our version is not. One time purchase, no monthly subscription. Plus we can still run the store if the internet fails, which has been a lifesaver.

Cons

I just talked this over with my wife and she could not think of anything either. We might be missing something but honestly, we are happily unaware.

It is really easy to use and I also find the customer service simply the best.

Cons

One thing I feel like missing is a time clock feature. The addition of it will be a great addition.

Years in, and still loving it

Pros

ConsignPro is very easy to use. We bought it back in 1998 and we have never felt the need to look for another product. Plus the team have always provided amazing support on the rare occasions when we have needed help. They are patient and very knowledgeable.

Cons

Can I suggest changing the term check fee? I do not have a better suggestion, but something like activity fee or account maintenance might work better.
