“Barely functional, terrible support”
Pros
The pricing would be acceptable if the software actually worked. At this point both the tool and the support team are only frustrating our staff.
Cons
For weeks now the software has barely functioned and ever since implementation we've had to handle orders manually. That has left both our staff and guests extremely unhappy and has made normal operations much harder than they should be. Support has been awful too. They mostly expect us to solve issues that are their responsiblity to solve. The problems themselves are serious like tables randomly disappear, tickets print completely incorrectly and the software constantly sends tickets to the wrong printers. These aren't minor inconveniences. They directly interfere with taking and processing orders so they have an impact on the business.

“Cloud-based with a handy mobile app”
Pros
Because it's cloud-based it's incredibly handy to use. They also have an app for Android phones which makes it even more practical and accessible day to day. I like being able to use the system in different situations without being tied to one location.
Cons
I haven't run into anything negative at this point. Even the yearly cost is very reasonable for a small business like ours.
