Delivapp provides everything restaurants and chains need to manage their delivery operations and protect their profits. Plus it offers a complete solution including an ordering platform, app, order dispatch, courier management and even a loyalty program.

The system is packed with features so there is a learning curve. And I feel like some features like the analytics module could use further improvements.

The integration that this tool offers with multiple systems has helped us move away from manual processes, the team has been very supportive in helping us transition from our old system to theirs.

Well I cannot pick one thing I like more than the others but I really like the smooth communication between the Supplier and Customer. Plus everything gets resolved quickly and easily.

I don't like that there are no notifications when an order enters the dispatcher though I was told this issue will be fixed. Also there is not a mobile app for dispatching which I find inconvenient.

Well it does not perfectly meet all of our needs but our requirements are fairly unique.

We run a delivery service for restaurants, handling about 100,000 deliveries per month with DelivApp and typically have over 70 couriers working daily. We have grown these numbers thanks to this software and what I love most is how well the system performs, no matter the volume. The dispatcher portal is fast and the automation is reliable. Also the new version of the courier app has received great feedback from our team. We had only been using the logistics module for years but now we are also launching our marketplace through it. Overall the experience has been fantastic. I worked closely with restaurants and we quickly onboarded over 100 businesses.

We initially faced some challenges with the courier app but these were fixed in the new version. There are occasional minor bugs but they are quickly addressed.

Pros

It is much more cost-effective compared to other software, the team is very responsive, it's easy to implement and I love the support team as they are excellent.

Cons

Had to adjust and add a few features to match our specific needs but the team was very open to suggestions and responded promptly to the challenges our situation presented.
