“The best apparel PLM out there”
Pros
It's a very user-friendly system and fits apparel development workflows really well. I find it easy to work with. Out of all the PLMs I've used in my career this is by far the best.
Cons
Having drag-and-drop functionality in the report field would make the reporting experience even better.

“good for managing supplier collaboration”
Pros
The launch process was easy to follow. In my experience, Delogue is powerful for improving the workflow between our company and our suppliers. I like that it gives us a central place to work with and makes collaboration with suppliers easier to manage.
Cons
Their data export options could be improved further. Having more flexibility around how information can be exported would make it easier to work with the data outside the platform when I need to.

“well organized platform”
Pros
Clear and well organized interface that my team can use easily. A lot of the processes seem carefully thought through. I also find the supplier onboarding to be simple and the functionalities to be practical for day-to-day use.
Cons
The system is built around tracking individual pieces. That works just fine when you're developing a garment from scratch but if you're just purchasing a garment that's already fully assembled, you don't need that level of breakdown.

“In-depth overviews”
Pros
I like that everything is gathered in one place for each type of garment and that the overviews are so detailed. It's all thanks to the custom fields that the reports are so comprehensive.
Cons
At times selecting data or choosing the right custom fields can be a bit tricky.

“great central overview for key information”
Pros
The item list and style overview keep everything in one place. It makes it much less likely that important information gets overlooked.
Cons
One of our suppliers in Asia had trouble accessing the software so we were still exporting Excel files from Delogue and sending them by email. The setup and implementation took some time but it was definitely worth it in the end. It's also unfortunate that connecting it with other software like Illustrator comes at an extra cost.

“newer releases are a bit unpolished”
Pros
Things are simple and user-friendly with Delogue. I like the standard setup because it's not rigid and comes with room for customization.
Cons
Sometimes newly released features feel a bit underdeveloped and don't always work smoothly with the existing functionality.

“ERP integration still lacking”
Pros
Both our internal and external suppliers find the system to have a clean, easy-to-use setup. The help articles are really good and often supported by short follow-along videos. Whenever I have to create new items the process is quick.
Cons
Connecting it to an ERP system can be challenging at times. There is also no proper way to display samples. Messages are not tied to individual styles and sending one message that applies to several styles is still not possible. The mobile display of the site could also be improved.

“great for project-based team communication”
Pros
I found setting up with Delogue to be quick since the system is logically set up and clear to work in. Communication with suppliers is clear and traceable since everyone using Delogue can see it and follow up when needed. It also works really well for communication between colleagues since everything is tied directly to a specific project instead of getting lost in email.
Cons
Would like to see more overview options in the platform. It would also help to have additional links and connections between styles when working across different seasons with the same style.

“saves a lot of time”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place makes the whole system generally simple to work with. It saves us a huge amount of time compared to before.
Cons
Setting everything up in the admin section took a bit of time at the start but that feels pretty normal and definitely worth the effort. Besides, after that it becomes much easier to use.

“improves cross-team collaboration”
Pros
It's quite user-friendly and helps me keep the process transparent to improve collaboration across teams.

The one thing that feels missing is the option to write a general announcement within the same quality program module.

“Easy reporting but measurement tools fall short”
Pros
Navigating the software is very easy. It's also simple to use. Suppliers can log in without trouble and immediately access all the information they need. Another part that works really well for us is the reporting stage. Trim reports can be created easily for suppliers which helps them clearly understand what needs to be ordered.
Cons
Delogue's measurement sheet and pattern section still needs work. It would be much better to add measurement blocks to an existing measurement sheet. At the moment importing a template replaces the current sheet, it would be far more helpful to add to the existing one instead of overwriting it. Fabric management is also missing a separate section under the item area. Fabrics are essential for style development and production. It would be very helpful to store testing reports under the fabric section and also include details such as structure, weight, price, washing and similar information there.

“keeps development organized”
Pros
Handling development and production is usually messy with so many moving parts but Delogue keeps everything we need together in one place and connects it all cleanly. We can also build a library of fabrics, trims and other materials that have been used before which makes it really useful to check pricing, quality and other details for current or upcoming seasons. It removes a lot of the stress from sampling and producing clothing collections.
Cons
Though the interface is fairly clear it could be refined a bit more to make the overall experience even smoother than it is now.

“Great for comparing suppliers”
Pros
Being able to get a clear overview of the sample process is one of its biggest advantages. It also gives a very good view of pricing across different products and makes it simple to compare suppliers even when several suppliers are developing the same product. The search and filter options work realy well. For example filtering by season, product or supplier. I also appreciate the calculation setup since it lets you work out prices, landed cost and target price directly on the product. Having full visibility of the materials and being able to check which styles a specific material appears in is very useful.
Cons
All it needs to feel complete is a filter option in the Dashboard and sample request area so it would be possible to sort more easily by supplier and sample type.

“smooth and automatic updates”
Pros
Working within this system feels very natural especially for creative teams. Updates roll out automatically so you can log in in the morning and suddenly have a new version ready with plenty of improvements based on customer needs. It also creates full transparency between the company and the supplier.
Cons
It's fairly logical that the more data you put into the system the better and clearer the information becomes for the supplier. But right now if we add too much info it can create extra admin work for the team rather than making things easier. During implementation that was something we as a company had to revisit and adjust a couple of times.

“Boosts productivity”
Pros
Really helps us improve the final product by making design work simpler and supporting better outfit development. In the end it boosts productivity and keeps communication with suppliers, customers and the internal team organized in one shared channel.
Cons
Because I do not have much technical knowledge about Delogue I am not really able to use some of the built-in features in the app.
