Details is my one-stop shop. I can access my workbook, event calendar, and proposals from anywhere, anytime. It also automatically calculates stem counts and adds up my costs.

The usability of the software requires too many clicks. It would be more convenient if we had more drag and drop functionality between sections.

Honestly, the Proposal Generator part of this product line is exactly how a professional florist should present themselves to potential brides and grooms! It maintains the design integrity of our conversations, includes pricing and quantities for every item, and facilitates signing off and scheduling payments professionally. It truly enhances our image in the eyes of prospective customers.

With Details, we can excellently create and customize proposals for our clients. Making changes to templates and individual proposals is not a problem anymore. Creating recipes is equally simple and highly customizable.

Setting dates and times in the system is cumbersome. The calendar doesn't default to the current year, so you have to scroll down to find a date in the next year. Setting times also requires scrolling down. Additionally, we find the delivery document difficult to read and confirm.

We genuinely love the professional look of the proposals. They put us a step ahead of our competitors.

There is a slight learning curve for us and sometimes I get a little confused, but overall it has been a great experience. It would be beneficial if there was some integration with Shopify and possibly Iris.

Details seems to have a limited perspective. It's not well-suited for shop work, and it lacks the complexity and variety required for different types of events. Not all florists only handle one wedding; many of us handle multiple events, including corporate ones. The program doesn't reflect that diversity. Moreover, not all weddings follow the traditional bride and groom setup, and not all events involve personal flowers. These assumptions make Details appear somewhat simplistic.
