Love this tool.

Pros

I absolutely love the ability to create unique proposals that perfectly match any size wedding or style of event. It's very fast and easy, yet it gives the impression of hours of effort.

Cons

I am not a fan of having to save so frequently. It would be great to seamlessly switch between the worksheet and resource guide without the need to pause and save.

Amazing, easy to use, cuts time

Pros

This feature cuts down so much of my workload by automatically pulling data from the worksheet and generating the proposal. Previously, I could spend hours putting together a recipe sheet and then creating the proposal, ensuring everything matched with the purchase orders. With this system, everything is consolidated, and I don't need to constantly cross-check to ensure changes are reflected throughout my paperwork. Making updates in one place automatically applies them to all other areas.

Cons

At the moment I have no complaints.

Cons

Pros

I find it beneficial to create and store recipes while presenting professional-looking proposals. It's helpful, but I believe there is room for further streamlining.

Cons

I desire more flexibility in customizing the proposals so they don't resemble those of other florists using the software. Some of the templates don't impress me (perhaps I am not using them to create a unique look). I wouldn't pay for the ones created by high-end florists, as they come with a hefty price tag. I don't want another florist's vision to represent my work.

Love writing proposals because of Details!

Pros

I enjoy the freedom to set up my own recipes and the flexibility to change templates for different clients. The information presented to clients in their proposals is particularly useful.

Cons

It would be fantastic to see the specific address where the flowers will be delivered, not just the venue location. My brides often get confused by this small detail.

Pros

The beauty of the proposals is simply fantastic. My clients are always amazed and impressed when they receive them. Additionally, I like the ability to create recipes and track my stem usage to stay within budget for each event.

Cons

Pros

Adopting Details has significantly improved the efficiency of my business operations. From event tracking and proposal creation to contract generation, recipe development, and inventory management, it has saved me countless hours of work!

Cons

I would love or wish to have the ability to adjust the margin for hard goods, flowers and greens separately. Currently, it doesn't seem possible, so I have to manipulate the prices to make the system generate the desired client charge. Additionally, I'd like to be able to use any photo in my proposals without having to worry about the resolution of each image. I often end up with blurry photos that don't look professional, and it's frustrating.

Using Details has benefitted me a lot when it comes to workflow. I used to have numerous tabs open for each inquiry I was quoting, resulting in complete chaos. Now, I can gather everything in one place and send out amazing proposals that receive constant positive feedback. Thanks to Details, I actually book more events. Also the helpful communication and emails I receive serves me very well which provide tips and inform me about new features.

Cons

I wish there were more template options available without any additional cost. It would also be great if I could incorporate my branding fonts.

Since implementing this software for generating proposals, we have experienced several advantages. While the software primarily caters to floral design, we have successfully adapted its features to suit our broader event decor services. The exceptional customer support is noteworthy, with prompt and professional handling of every inquiry.

Cons

While this software has its strengths, there are areas that require improvement. I find it limiting that we can't customize the Concept page, especially the 'Floral Design' heading, which we prefer to tailor to each event's theme. It would greatly enhance the overall visual planning to have a Color Palette in this section. Additionally, when it comes to client communication, despite the ability to add multiple contacts, we can only send email notifications to the primary contact. This limitation hinders our engagement with all key parties involved in events like weddings. Lastly, the cost of integrating payment processing seems prohibitive and may impact the software's overall value proposition.

Pros

It brings me great joy to have my proposal and contract in one place. It makes it incredibly easy for my clients to sign. The proposal looks fantastic and is user-friendly for my clients.

Cons

Many of the stock photos appear pixelated, so I constantly find myself uploading my own images, which is time-consuming. When designing the cover page of my proposals, it would be helpful if the software allowed photo cropping since I spend a significant amount of time trying to find suitable images for the provided spaces.

Even as someone who is not tech-savvy, I find this software to be self-explanatory and easy to navigate. The proposals I can create with this software are extremely on-trend and properly showcase my clients' vision. It allows me to incorporate pictures of their inspirations, akin to a professional and organized Pinterest board. Additionally, the built-in spreadsheet functionality is extremely helpful, as it keeps track of all recipes and items I am selling. It provides a clear overview of what needs to be purchased, quantities required, and a breakdown of everything essential for event planning.

Cons

The only drawback is that if you leave a page without saving, it gets deleted, so it's important to save each page before moving to another one.
